Jekyll & Hyde
Jekyll & Hyde is a 10-part drama series set in 1930s London, following the story of Robert Jekyll, the grandson of the original doctor. Jekyll is adopted by a Ceylonese doctor and his wife under mysterious circumstances, and later travels to London to discover his true identity. In Sri Lanka the scenes were shot primarily in Kandy, with locations such as the Bogambara prisons and Rambukkana Railway station used to bring colonial Ceylon to life. The show was commissioned by ITV in the UK and was written by Charlie Higson.
